Pedernales Electric telephone representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. PEC members can complete most transactions by phone, such as starting or stopping electric service, paying bills by check or credit card, and reviewing billing information. Please refer to our Payment Options page for more information. You can also access your account information online to view your latest statement or pay your bill.

You may notice that we don’t have an e-mail address. We think it's important to take care of your business in a more personal way. Our most effective methods of communicating are speaking to you in person or by phone and responding to your letters by mail. This way we can give you the excellent member service you expect from PEC.
