As required by PEC's Bylaws, each year the Cooperative holds a meeting of the members on the third Saturday of June. The event takes place at the PEC Training Center in Johnson City unless the Board of Directors designates a different location.

At the annual meeting, members receive reports from PEC staff regarding the Cooperative's activities during the past year. The meeting also brings to closure the annual board election.

The 2009 Annual Meeting took place on June 20, and at the end of the meeting, Election Services Corporation announced the winners of the 2009 Board Election.
