The User ID you create when registering your PEC account in the member portal cannot be changed. However, you can delete your current registration and re-register with a different User ID.
To delete your current registration, log on to the PEC Member Portal, go to the "Account Preferences" screen using the navigation on the left side of the page, and click the "Cancel Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
As a reminder, you will need your account and meter numbers to re-register with a new User ID. Those numbers are available on your most recent bill, so before canceling your current account you may want to visit the "Billing and Payments" screen, view your bill by clicking on the PDF icon in the "View Bill" column and make a note of those numbers.
