Automatic Bill Pay
Want to take one thing off your monthly to-do list? Sign up for an automatic payment plan to have your monthly PEC bill paid directly from your bank or credit card account.
To set up automatic payments with your MasterCard or Visa credit card or by bank draft, or to manage your current automatic payment agreement, log on to the PEC Member Portal and select the “Automatic Debit Authorization” tab in the left navigation bar.
- To set up a new automatic payment agreement, click the ”Grant” button. Select either "Automatic Debit Authorization - Bank Draft" or "Automatic Debit Authorization - Credit Card" and type the appropriate information in the fields provided. Click "Save" to sign up. You will receive an email confirming your automatic payment agreement.
- To change an existing automatic payment agreement, click the "Change" button on the "Automatic Debit Authorization" screen. You can change your payment method or update information associated with your existing source of payment. Click "Save" when you are finished to update your agreement.
- To cancel your automatic payment agreement, click the "Withdraw" button on the "Automatic Debit Authorization" screen. You can pay your subsequent bills online or by phone using a credit card or bank draft, or submit your payment by mail or at any PEC office.
