Watch. Reduce. Save.MyUse Energy Analyzer

PEC's MyUse Energy Analyzer allows you to view your daily electric use in kilowatt-hours (kwh) and dollars so you can better monitor and manage your monthly electric consumption, budget accordingly and reduce your environmental impact. MyUse reports are currently available only for small-power commercial and residential members.

Your MyUse Energy Reports

Your MyUse reports are available in the PEC Member Portal. After you log on, click on the "MyUse Energy Analyzer" tab in the menu of options on the left side of the page.

There are three types of reports available in MyUse:

  • Unbilled Use Report provides an overview based on the best available daily meter readings since your last bill.
  • Billed Use Report displays daily use readings recorded during the prior completed billing period.
  • Historical Use Report displays monthly totals recorded during the most recent 13 months of billed electric use.

Each report is available to download in a PDF format best suited for printing, or a comma-separated values (CSV) format that can be opened in a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel for more detailed analysis.

The dollar amounts presented in your MyUse reports include energy charges, taxes (if applicable) and PEC’s monthly service availability charge, which is billed to every PEC meter and account and covers the cost of providing and maintaining electric service. Dollar amounts do not include additional credits and/or charges that may apply, such as late fees, rate changes, etc.

Your monthly electric bill is determined by the number of kilowatt-hours (kwh) you have used. One kwh is defined as the amount of electricity it takes to light a 100-watt bulb for 10 hours. Your kwh use is measured automatically by your meter.
