Member Assistance
PEC’s Member Assistance Program partners with area agencies that can provide assistance to members in need.
To receive assistance with electric bills, members should apply with the participating agency in their county, which will check whether they meet certain qualifications that determine if a pledge may then be made toward the member’s account. Application for aid is not a guarantee of assistance. PEC's Member Assistance Program provides a maximum of $500 per calendar year to qualifying PEC members.
Information about PEC’s program is available by calling us toll-free at 1-888-554-4732.
