To help keep our youth safe, PEC contributed $20,000 to area high schools for activities such as Project Graduation in the spring of 2013. These programs provide seniors an opportunity to celebrate in a drug- and alcohol-free environment. This year, PEC supported 40 high schools in and around its service area with $500 contributions.
