More than 600 members attended the 2016 PEC Annual Meeting June 18 in Dripping Springs. Members enjoyed food, activities and displays and visited with PEC staff prior to the business meeting. During the meeting, the audience heard presentations from CEO John Hewa and District 5 Director James Oakley.
PEC's Annual Meeting
In accordance with PEC’s Bylaws, each year the Cooperative holds an annual meeting in June. At the annual meeting, PEC members are able to meet with Co-op staff, make statements to the Board and attendees, and receive reports regarding the Cooperative’s activities during the past year. The meeting also brings the annual Board election to a close, as members are able to cast their ballots at the meeting and hear election results.
