2017 Annual Report

Proudly serving you for 80 years

2018 - 80 yearsSince 1938, we’ve seen a powerful transformation in the Texas Hill Country. When PEC extended electric service to Central Texas 80 years ago, we laid the groundwork for a brighter future. Today, after eight decades of growth and innovation, we light up the lives of approximately 1 million Texans.

A lot has changed in 80 years, but the values that got us here haven’t. As one of the largest and fastest growing electric cooperatives in the country, we’re still guided by the principles we’ve had since the beginning: value, reliability, safety and giving back.

Thank you for letting us serve you. You make us PEC proud.
