Commercial Disconnect Service
To disconnect electric service that is in your name, please call us at 888-554-4732, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or visit SmartHub online and submit a “Disconnect Service” request. Scheduled service disconnections are completed Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., except on holidays. We will need one business day to process all requests. An additional fee may also be required for same day disconnects.
