PEC to remodel Dripping Springs office starting Oct. 15
Office will be temporarily unavailable to members
PEC will temporarily close its Dripping Springs office beginning Oct. 15 for critical repairs. The updates will allow the cooperative to better serve its members in that area.
Located at 661 Hwy. 290 W., the office will temporarily close its lobby, drive-thru lanes, payment kiosk, and the payment drop box until the project is complete. During the repairs, PEC members are encouraged to visit the Oak Hill office at 9115 Circle Dr. between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Members may also do business with the cooperative in a variety of other convenient ways:

- Through the SmartHub mobile app.
- At a MoneyGram retail location. Find the nearest location at moneygram.com.
- By speaking with one of PEC’s agents at 888-554-4732.
- Through PEC’s secure payment line at 844-886-9798.
- Through PEC’s power outage line at 888-883-3379 or its outage map at outages.pec.coop.
The cooperative will share the reopening date on their website toward the completion of the project. The cooperative appreciates its members’ understanding as it works to better serve the Dripping Springs community.
