PEC Board of Directors elects officers – Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Inc.

At its regular meeting on Aug. 20, held this month at the Marble Falls District Office, Pedernales Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors elected officers for a one-year term. Paul Graf, District 6 director, was elected to serve as board president while Jim Powers, District 4 director, was chosen as vice president. The board also elected past president and District 2 Director Emily Pataki as its secretary and treasurer.
