Auto Pay

Set it and forget it when you enroll in Auto Pay, our automatic bank draft payment method. When you sign up for this option, your charges will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month as per your normal billing cycle.

You’ll receive a discount of $1.50 per month for enrolling, plus an additional $1 per month if you enroll in paperless billing as well.

Use our simple, no-frills online portal to pay your bill anytime. Simply enter your account number and last name to view your balance and enter payment — no login or password required.

Call our secure line at 844-886-9798 and follow the prompts to make payments 24/7.

Call and speak to an agent

If you prefer to pay with a check by phone, make a payment by calling our friendly Member Services agents at 888-554-4732. Agents are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.


Make a cash payment at any participating Moneygram location. For a $1.50 merchant fee, this service posts your payment immediately and securely. (Please reference PEC receiver #15898 when making payment.)
