Reconnection process underway for areas affected by flooding
Crew and member safety is top priority
PEC crews are beginning to restore power for our members whose service was disconnected during the flooding. The safety of our crews and our members is our top priority. Please keep the following items in mind as we begin the re-energization process.
- Some cities require an inspection prior to allowing us to reconnect service. In these cases, you must obtain and provide documentation from your city before we can proceed.
- If your property was damaged by floodwaters, you must be present to sign a waiver when we reconnect your service.
- For the safety of you and our crews, if the conditions at your location are too unsafe for us to perform a reconnection, we’ll establish a new, safe reconnection time.
- Flood reconnect requests not completed the same day will be scheduled for the following day.
