Cast your vote in the 2019 PEC Board of Directors election
Voting begins May 24 for members in districts 4 and 5
Voting for PEC Board of Director seats begins May 24 for members in districts 4 and 5. Early voting will remain open through June 14. Members may also vote in-person at PEC’s Annual Meeting June 22 at Horseshoe Bay Resort.
By voting in our annual board election, members have their voices heard and get to weigh in on leaders who will represent their interests at the cooperative.
District 4 and 5 members can select from the following candidates, whose names are listed in the order they will appear on the ballot, determined by a random drawing:
District 4:
- Kathi Thomas
- Jim Powers
- Joe Pool
District 5:
- John A. Watson
- Kenneth Reneau
- James Oakley
- Lisa Ivie Miller

This year, the cooperative is offering incentives for early voting. Members who vote early will be entered into drawings to win bill credits for the following amounts: two prizes for $500 during the first week of voting, two prizes for $275 the second week of voting, and 23 prizes for $150 the third week of voting through June 14. Winners of the early voting door prizes will be announced June 22 at PEC’s Annual Meeting, but do not need to be present to win.
Election results will also be announced at the annual meeting.
