Congratulations to Bill Edgel, our first-ever PEC Home Holiday Lights Contest grand prize winner! The member from Kyle will receive a $500 PEC bill credit — plus bragging rights. The other most popular displays will receive a $250 bill credit and a sign of their own. Thank you to all the participants for lighting up our communities with Christmas cheer!
