While the Texas economy is reopening, our operation and services never stopped. Because of our designation as critical infrastructure — we’ve continued to work for you.
For now, our offices will remain closed to public interactions, because keeping our members, employees, and communities safe remains a priority. But we’re still here for you. You can pay your bill without stepping into an office — by phone, online, mobile app, or payment kiosk. You can also use our outage center to track and report outages.
