PEC launches website for new residential members

Signing up for service just got easier

Knowing how to set up electric service shouldn’t be difficult, especially as a PEC member. That’s why we have launched a website with our newest residential members in mind:

The site, which went live Sept. 25, takes new residential members through the step-by-step process of establishing service and outlines the information they need to connect power.

It explains what fees new members may encounter, and outlines payment and billing options. It also includes links to other important information like their account page and the outage center.

With this new site, we hope to alleviate some of the stress for our newest members when connecting service. The site provides information for service locations with an existing meter. If you need assistance for new construction, please call 877-372-0391.
