PEC continues to provide reliable power during COVID-19

During this period of uncertainty, we know many of our members are spending more time at home to help protect themselves, their families, and their communities. And we want you to rest assured that PEC will continue to deliver the reliable power you depend on.

While we have temporarily closed our offices to member interactions, our work continues. The power grid is considered critical infrastructure, and we have comprehensive plans in place to ensure we continue to provide electric service.

PEC is committed to doing everything we can to keep our workforce healthy – whether it’s protecting the crews whose boots are on the ground or that familiar voice answering your questions on the phone – it’s our promise to continue providing uninterrupted service.

As we collectively watch the ongoing effects of COVID-19, please know that your electric cooperative is following the advancements closely to decide if any additional changes may become necessary.

As always, if you experience an outage, please report it online at outages.pec.coop or by calling 888-883-3379. If you have questions, a PEC representative is available by phone at 888-554-4732. PEC contact centers will continue to answer calls from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
