Enrollment for PEC’s Community Solar Program opens December 1

Get renewable energy, harvested right here in the Hill Country

Did you know that you can purchase your electricity from fields of solar panels generating electricity right now across the PEC service territory? These solar generation sites produce renewable energy for our members right here in the Hill Country. The Community Solar Program allows members to purchase up to 100% of their electricity from these renewable resources.

PEC’s community solar site in Bertram. PEC has community solar sites in Andice, Bertram, Copperas Cove, Johnson City, Junction, and Segovia. Depending on the weather, together these sites can produce up to 15 MW of electricity!

We are proud to continue to offer this extremely popular program. And, we have now added four additional megawatts of community solar, so we can continue to provide this renewable resource to our members!
