Discover parks, wildlife, and natural beauty

PEC’s service territory stretches across 8,100 square miles of the Texas Hill Country and is filled with natural wonders — from the Highland Lakes to Hamilton Pool. With kids out of school, now is the perfect time to pack up your electric vehicle and head out on a summer adventure. We’ve mapped out some incredible stops below that you won’t want to miss, as well as where to charge up along the way. But don’t forget Power Rush Hour this summer! Avoid charging your car between the hours of 2 and 7 p.m.

Texas has more than 3,600 public charging stations available statewide. Visit https://afdc.energy.gov to find them all.
