S&P Global Ratings has affirmed its ‘A-1’ short-term rating on Pedernales Electric Cooperative’s (PEC) $200 million taxable commercial paper (CP) notes and removed the rating from CreditWatch, where it had been placed with negative implications on April 7, 2021.
