If you’ve recently changed your phone number or email address, be sure to add your new contact information to your PEC account so we can reach you. Plus, with your mobile number on file, you can report outages and receive updates by text.
We will only send you messages when it’s important, like during an emergency or when an outage is planned at your location. You can opt out at any time.
Enrollment is easy! Call us at 888-554-4732 or follow these easy steps:
- Log in or sign up for access at smarthub.coop.
- From the top menu, select ‘My Information’ from the ‘My Profile’ drop-down menu to confirm or update your email address. Select ‘Update My Billing Address & Contact Information’ to confirm, change, or add additional phone numbers.
- Select an effective date and click ‘Save’ or ‘Update’ after making the changes. That’s it!
- If you would like to add multiple mobile numbers to your account, call us at 888-554-4732.
To report an outage, simply text the word “outage” to 25022 from the mobile number on your account. Message and data rates may apply.
