Rates and Pricing
Since 1938, we’ve taken pride in delivering safe and reliable electric service to the Hill Country. But our commitment doesn’t stop there. We purchase power for our members from diverse, competitive sources to ensure the best possible rates.
All PEC rates are designed with the cooperative and its members in mind: fair, equitable, and based on the costs of maintaining our system and safely delivering your power. Rates are approved, not regulated, by our board of directors. A detailed description of our rates can be found in our tariff.
With more than 350,000 meters in our system, we understand our members’ needs are as wide as the Hill Country horizon. That’s why, with our rate options, the sky’s the limit.
