Office lobbies are open for self-service payments Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Members can make payments at the PEC Secure Pay Stations in office lobbies, which accept various payments methods including cash, check, and credit card. The drive-thrus are available 24/7, and limited to self-serve PEC Secure Pay Station payments only. For a full list of our many convenient ways to pay, visit the billing and payments page.
In-person appointments may be scheduled by members and those with development and planning needs by calling 888-554-4732, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m.
