With PEC, you have more than one way to pay your bill. And if you enroll in our paperless and autopay options, you can save time and money! You can save up to $2.50 each month by signing up for both auto pay and paperless billing. See below for all the ways you can pay.

Online (credit card and e-check)

With autopay (credit card or bank draft)

  • Simplify your payments and set up autopay online through SmartHub or by calling 844-886-9798. You can also save $1.50 each month when you select auto bank draft.

By phone

  • 24/7 payment line: 844-886-9798 (credit card and e-check)
  • PEC agent: 888-554-4732 (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) (e-check)

At a PEC Secure Pay Station (cash, credit card, and e-check)

  • Make instant payments 24/7 at any office. You will need your PEC account number. Change from cash payments will be credited to your next bill.

By mail (check and money order)

  • Mail a check payment to: PEC, P.O. Box 1, Johnson City, TX 78636

At area businesses (cash)

  • MoneyGram, Western Union, or VanillaDirect: Make a payment at area businesses for a $1.50 fee. Find a location near you below. Reference PEC receiver #15898 when making a payment using MoneyGram.
